Tax Compliance Certification Services (TCC)

The Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) in Jamaica is an essential document for companies, businesses, and individuals, proving tax, statutory deduction, and, where applicable, HEART/NSTA Trust payments are up to date. It is required for government contracts, tender participation, importing goods, and licensing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final. and work will commence once payment has been confirmed.

• All fees are based on the scope of services and information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if details change.

• No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

• If you choose to discontinue participation, payments made are forfeited.

• Where work has already begun, any partial refund (not exceeding 50%) is granted solely at the discretion of management and, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on time. Missed payments may result in suspended access without notice.

• No service, coaching, or deliverable will begin until payment is confirmed.

• In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a service, a refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of management.

• Full payment is required to secure access to all services and offerings.

• Missed sessions without a minimum of 24-hour notice will be considered fulfilled.

• Outcomes are not guaranteed and are contingent upon your commitment, consistency, and stewardship.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and/or documentation. KBBC Limited is not liable for delays or outcomes affected by third-party agencies or incorrect client details.
