Children’s Counseling – Additional Terms

REFUND & SERVICE POLICY
KBBC Limited
1. Payment Terms
All services are offered on a prepaid basis, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Fees reflect the premium, customized, and time-sensitive nature of our services.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds shall be issued once:
A service has been delivered
A counselling session has commenced or been completed
Work has been initiated on administrative or operational services
3. Counselling Sessions
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling
Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable
4. Service Engagements
For ongoing or project-based services:
Payments secure dedicated time and resources
Early termination by the client does not entitle the client to a refund
5. Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, credits or adjustments may be issued at the sole discretion of KBBC Limited management. Once service has commenced, the amount refunded will not exceed 50% of the total fee paid. Such decisions are final.
6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
KBBC Limited reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to:
Breach of terms
Misconduct
Misalignment with scope or values
In such cases, any determination regarding partial refunds or credits remains at our sole discretion.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior written communication constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated costs.
