Motor Vehicle Dealer Certification Services

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final. and work will commence once payment has been confirmed.

• All fees are based on the scope of services and information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if details change.

• No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

• This includes coaching, digital downloads, planners, consultations, and challenges.

• If you choose to discontinue participation, payments made are forfeited.

• Where work has already begun, any partial refund (not exceeding 50%) is granted solely at the discretion of management and, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on time. Missed payments may result in suspended access without notice.

• No service, coaching, or deliverable will begin until payment is confirmed.

• In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a service, a refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of management.

• Full payment is required to secure access to all services and offerings.

• Missed sessions without a minimum of 24-hour notice will be considered fulfilled.

• Outcomes are not guaranteed and are contingent upon your commitment, consistency, and stewardship.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and/or documentation. KBBC Limited is not liable for delays or outcomes affected by third-party agencies or incorrect client details.

Your purchase signifies your full alignment with these terms and the standard of excellence upheld within this experience.

• Individuals may import a combination of 2 motor vehicles every three (3) years, excepting 2 motor cars, and must either be a:

  • Jamaican Resident

  • Child of Jamaican Parentage

  • Spouse of a Jamaican

  • Returning Resident

  • Contract Officer or

  • Holder of a Work Permit

• Businesses importing motor vehicles fall into two categories:

  • Non-Dealer Companies                       allowed up to three (3) Motor Vehicles every three (3) years

  • Certified Motor Vehicle Dealers         allowed any category and quantity for resale.

• Assess the Age of Vehicle Restriction
  The age of vehicle at importation is as follows:

  • Motor Cycles:                                                 not exceeding five (5) years

  • Motor Cars:                                                     not exceeding six (6) years

  • Light Commercial Vehicles:                           ranging between 6 - 10 years, depending on the type of vehicle

  • Motor Vehicles by Returning Residents:        not exceeding ten (10) years

  • Motor Vehicles for *Special Purpose:             not exceeding ten (10) years

  • Commercial Vehicles:                                     ranging between 12 - 30 years, depending on the type of vehicle

  • Heavy-Duty Commercial  Equipment:           not exceeding thirty (30) years

  *Special Purpose Motor Vehicles include Ambulances, Hearses, Fire Trucks and Vehicles built to accommodate the Physically Challenged.
