Full payment is required in advance, and work will commence once payment has been confirmed. All fees are based on the scope of services and information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if details change.
All payments are final upon completion of service. Where work has already begun, any partial refund (not exceeding 50%) is granted solely at the discretion of management and, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.
