All sales are final. and work will commence once payment has been confirmed.
All fees are based on the scope of services and information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if details change.
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.
This includes coaching, digital downloads, planners, consultations, and challenges.
If you choose to discontinue participation, payments made are forfeited.
Where work has already begun, any partial refund (not exceeding 50%) is granted solely at the discretion of management and, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on time. Missed payments may result in suspended access without notice.
No service, coaching, or deliverable will begin until payment is confirmed.
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a service, a refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of management.
Full payment is required to secure access to all services and offerings.
Missed sessions without a minimum of 24-hour notice will be considered fulfilled.
Outcomes are not guaranteed and are contingent upon your commitment, consistency, and stewardship.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and/or documentation. KBBC Limited is not liable for delays or outcomes affected by third-party agencies or incorrect client details.
